Receiving your order
Duck Pocket and Clip Pocket are digital audio plug-ins from Rainline Music. Your selected product, final total and order currency are shown at checkout. Russian-language prices are RUB 1,499 for Duck Pocket and RUB 1,999 for Clip Pocket; English-language prices are USD 20 and USD 25 respectively. Prodamus orders use the corresponding currency; when Robokassa is used, USD prices are paid as a RUB equivalent displayed before payment. See the purchase terms for conversion details. No physical delivery is required.
1. Enter your email on the checkout page, accept the purchase terms and, optionally, subscribe to news.
With a valid 100% discount code, the order is confirmed without payment or a visit to the payment provider.
2. Payment takes place on Robokassa's secure page. Rainline Music does not receive your card details.
3. When your order is confirmed, a key is issued. The website immediately attempts to send one email in English with your key, login email. If a new account is created, the same email includes a temporary password. Existing account passwords are preserved. Your purchase email is your login. If delivery temporarily fails, the message remains queued.
4. Set your own password in your account. Products contains your keys and Windows and macOS installers; Devices lists your devices and remaining activations.
5. Each licence permits up to three devices. For an offline computer, request an activation file in Devices using the device code from the plug-in. Offline activation shares the same limit.
The key appears in your account when your order is confirmed. Emails are usually sent within a few minutes, but the mail service may delay delivery. If you have not received access within 24 hours, contact support.
If an email is missing, check Spam and request one-time password recovery on the account page. If a purchase is missing, contact contact@rainlinemusic.com with your purchase email and order number. Do not send card details.
Existing customers: after purchase migration, request a one-time recovery password using the email you used for your Lava.top purchase.
