Rainline Music audio plug-in purchase and licence terms

1. Seller and product

Duck Pocket is an audio plug-in that controls gain reduction using an external sidechain signal. Clip Pocket is an audio clipping plug-in with peak, transient and low-frequency protection controls. Interface screenshots, product information and system requirements are published on the website.
2. What you purchase
You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the Rainline Music audio plug-in selected in your order for personal and professional audio work. Purchasing a licence does not transfer exclusive rights in the software. You may create and distribute audio processed with the plug-in, including commercial recordings.
Each purchased product receives its own licence. One licence permits up to three simultaneously activated devices. Purchasing one product does not grant a licence to other products. Online and offline activations share this limit. You manage activations in your account. Sharing keys with other people, reselling keys and distributing copies of the software outside the licensor's installers are not permitted.
You may download the installer, install, store and run the software to process audio. The licence applies worldwide for the entire duration of the exclusive rights in the software, with no recurring licence payments. The EULA at https://rainlinemusic.su/eula forms part of these terms.
3. Price and payment
Russian-language prices are RUB 1,499 for Duck Pocket and RUB 1,999 for Clip Pocket. English-language prices are USD 20 for Duck Pocket and USD 25 for Clip Pocket. With Prodamus, Russian-language orders are placed in RUB and English-language orders in USD; available payment methods depend on the card issuer country and the methods enabled on the payment page. While Robokassa is used, English-language prices are paid as a RUB equivalent using the official Bank of Russia rate displayed before payment. The checkout price quote is held for 15 minutes; once an order is created, its amount and currency are stored and not recalculated. Changing language before ordering selects the prices of that language version. If the card currency differs from the order currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and fees. The exact product, total and order currency are shown before payment. A valid promo code applies its stated discount. A 100% discount completes the purchase without charging money.
Payments are processed through Robokassa. Access is provided after the payment system confirms a successful payment. Returning to the website does not by itself confirm payment.
4. Receiving your order
The key is emailed to the buyer. A first purchase creates an account: the purchase email is your login, and a temporary password is emailed to you. You must set your own password when you first sign in. Installers are available in Products. There is no physical delivery. See the Delivery page for details.
You are responsible for providing the correct email and protecting access to your mailbox and account. If you entered the wrong email, contact support with the order number.
5. Activation
Activation is bound to a device code. An offline activation file is issued through your account and consumes one of the three available activations for that product.
The updated plug-in checks activation on opening. If the server is unavailable, an existing valid activation continues working offline. If the server confirms that the device activation has been revoked or the licence disabled, activation is removed. A device cannot receive a revocation while disconnected from the internet.
6. Support and requests
For installation, activation, incorrect payments, missing orders and refunds, email contact@rainlinemusic.com. Include your purchase email, order number and a description. For technical issues also include your operating system, DAW and plug-in format.
Product defect reports, refund requests and other claims are considered according to the circumstances of the purchase and applicable law. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights. If a refund is agreed, the corresponding licence may be disabled; the refund is processed against the original payment through the payment provider.
7. Data and newsletters
Your email and order information are used to provide access and support your purchase as described in the privacy policy. Marketing emails are optional and are not a purchase requirement. You can unsubscribe in each marketing email and in your account.
8. Acceptance
Before ordering, you review and expressly accept the purchase terms and EULA on the checkout page. The contract is concluded upon successful payment or, for a 100% discount, website confirmation of a free order. A Robokassa test payment does not provide a licence. The version recorded for your order applies. Later changes to the published text do not cancel rights already granted under your order.
